"Maybe you can help me. I know that in Canada, health insurance is "Free", but reading about my own insurance, it says the cost in Canada is close to $ 4000 per person to cover health care. Is that taken out of their taxes? My personal insurance that has no deductible is $ 330 per month, which is $ 3960 a year, so how is that different? Is the health care reform about taking it out of our taxes instead of paying it out of pocket per month? I am confused on how that works.
